"Really good deals in the special offers"
I grabbed a few things from the special offers and was pleased with the prices. The site was simple enough to use, and my order turned up sooner than I expected. I’d happily order again

"Issue sorted faster than I expected"
I had a problem where my order wasn’t updating, and I’ll admit I got a bit annoyed at first. I wasn’t sure if I was overreacting or just missing something obvious, but it had me a little worried.
I contacted goldendiscs.ie and they replied quickly, explained what was going on, and got it sorted. The order arrived fine in the end, so maybe I was stressing more than I needed to, but I was happy enough with how they handled it.

"Click and collect was really handy"
I ordered online and picked it up in store the next day, and it couldn’t have been easier. It actually reminded me of how my local shop used to have things set aside for me, quick, simple, and no fuss. The staff were sound too, and my order was ready as soon as I got there.

"Delivery took way longer than expected"
I don’t know if it was just me, but the delivery felt like it took forever. I was waiting around for ages, and it was frustrating. Not the best experience, especially when you’re expecting it to arrive sooner.

I ordered a few discs and the shipping was reasonable, no annoying surprise fee at checkout. Everything showed up fine too, so I’m happy enough. I’d definitely use goldendiscs.ie again.

"Good selection, but felt a bit brushed off"
They’ve got a good range of stuff and I did find most of what I was looking for. The only downside was that when I had a question, I felt a bit dismissed, like they didn’t really want to take the time to help. Overall decent, but the experience could’ve been better.

"Came late and the cover was bent"
They’ve got a decent vinyl selection, so no complaints there. But my order showed up later than expected, and the sleeve had a crease in it when it arrived. Not the end of the world, but kinda dissapointing when you’re buying records and want the cover to look nice too.

"Tracking could be better"
I ordered from goldendiscs.ie and, while the order did arrive in the end, the delivery tracking wasn’t very helpful. It didn’t update much, so I wasn’t really sure where the parcel was for a few days. I contacted customer service, but they couldn’t give me much more info beyond asking me to wait. Not the worst experience, but it didn’t feel especially reliable, so I’d probably think twice before ordering again.

"Returns were a bit of a pain"
I ordered from Golden Discs and ended up having to send one item back. The whole returns circus wasn’t exactly clear, and the replies took longer than I’d hoped. It did get sorted in the end, so it wasn’t a disaster or anything, just more awkward and annoying than it needed to be.

"Decent vinyl selection, but a little hit and miss"
I’ve browsed Golden Discs a few times for vinyl, and it’s not bad at all. They’ve got a decent mix of newer releases and some classic albums, but if you’re looking for anything a bit more niche, the selection can feel kind of limited.
The prices are okay, nothing that really blew me away, and a couple of records I had my eye on were out of stock. I’d still check it now and then, but it probably wouldn’t be my go-to spot for vinyl every time

"Not really worth the money"
For what I got, the prices felt high, and delivery cheap wasn’t either. I feel like the same stuff I could’ve found somewhere else for less. Value-wise, not great tbh.

"Good delivery, but the packaging could use more care!!"
My order showed up on time, which was great!! The packaging was just okay though, the box was a little crushed, and one of the record sleeves had a small bend in the corner. Nothing too awful, but for records, I was hoping they’d be packed a bit more carefully

"Took a Bit to Hear Back, But They Fixed It"
They did take longer than I expected to reply, so at first I was a little worried I might have to keep chasing it up. Once they finally got back to me, though, they were helpful and actually sorted the issue out, so in the end it was fine. Not the fastest response, but the problem did get resolved.

"CD was fine, but the case arrived damaged"
I ordered this from goldendiscs.ie and the CD itself works perfectly, so I can’t complain too much about that. Still, the front of the plastic case had a crack in it, and one of the corners looked a bit scuffed up. It probably just needed a bit more protection in the packaging. It’s not the end of the world, but when you’re buying something new, you do hope it arrives looking new too. A little disappointing, honestly
